VIBEMODO Sales Concierge is designed for Shopify merchants and uses store data only to provide the sales concierge experience, grounding, analytics, support diagnostics, and app operations.

Merchant-owned AI provider keys are stored encrypted at rest. The app does not sell AI credits and does not log raw provider keys.

Storefront interaction events may be recorded for attribution, debugging, and improvement of the merchant's shopping experience. The app should collect only the context needed for these purposes.

Shopify privacy webhooks for customer data request, customer redact, and shop redact are implemented as part of the app foundation.
